 Notice of Annual General Meeting The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Otamataha Trust will be held at 10.30 am on Saturday 9 November 2019 at Huria Marae, Te Kaponga Street, Tauranga. Agenda:
1.. Karakia and mihi 2.. Report on the operations of the Trust. 3.. Present and review the Annual Report and audited annual accounts for the period ended 31 March 2019. 4.. Present and review the Annual and 5 year plan for the Trust. 5.. Any other notified business. 6.. At the discretion of the Chairman, any other general business raised at the meeting. 7.. Karakia and closing. The hui will be followed by light refreshments. Puhirake Ihaka Chairman.

The board was originally composed of Anglican Church appointees, but since 1998 the trustees have been appointed by the hapū of Ngāti Tapu and Ngaitamarawaho. The trustees believe the 1896 trust and its deed are no longer appropriate, and have created the new Otamataha Trust, the beneficiaries of which are the hapū of Ngāti Tapu and Ngaitamarawaho.
