​Notice of Annual General Meeting – Saturday, 23 April 2022

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Otamataha Trust will be held at 10.00 am on Saturday 23 April 2022 at Huria Marae, Tauranga.

Agenda:

1. Karakia and mihi.
2. Report on the operations of the Trust.
3. Present and review the Annual Report and audited annual accounts for the period ended 31 March 2021.
4. Present and review the Annual and 5-year plan for the Trust.
5. Any other notified business.
6. At the discretion of the Chairman, any other general business raised at the meeting.
7. Karakia and closing.

The hui will be followed by light refreshments.
